SIOUX FALLS, S.D. - Will’s Training Table is ready to reopen its doors to serve Sanford Sports Complex fans on November 19.
Since August, the restaurant has been undergoing a major remodel to meet the growing popularity of events at the Sports Complex. Phase one is complete, and patrons will notice the brand-new, all seasons tailgate area and expanded parking lot. In addition, Will’s upgraded its kitchen, revamped its menu and added transparent garage doors on the east side, facing the Sanford Pentagon.
“The Sports Complex has grown every year, and it was time for Will’s to get the upgrade it properly deserves,” director of food & beverage Julie Coleman said. “We realize Will’s is the primary restaurant out here, and we’re excited to unveil the rebrand and new menu.”
While Will’s is ready for visitors again, the remodel is not quite finished. The final phase of construction will continue while the restaurant is open, with the addition of a second story and an expansion to the west coming early next year.
The timing for completion falls in line well with the newest additions to the Sanford Sports Complex. The new golf entertainment facility, Great Shots, opens in late 2019, and the Summit League headquarters relocates to the Sports Complex next year as well.
Will’s Training Table will reopen on November 19 with its normal business hours. There will be a new, temporary entrance on the southeast side of the building.
