Rules:

If you are a Pro/Elite Player you are allowed to play in the Blind Draw, A Doubles Tournament and the Advanced Singles. You are not allowed to partner up with someone in the B Division and then go to the A Tournament with your Pro/Elite Player.  If you’re waiting for the A Tournament to start, play some cash games, do the Bomb Box, or even the Long Toss.

Pool Play

You will get into team groups.  The number will be determined by the number of entrees.  There could be 8-10 teams in each Pool.  Your record determines if you’re in the Upper or Lower B Tournament.  If you played in a tough Pool that caused a poor record, but you wanted to play in the Upper B Tournament, that is allowed to happen.  You can move up. However, you can’t move down.  Upper B qualifiers are not allowed to move down to the lower B.  Upper B team qualifiers are only allowed to advance to the A Tournament.  Lower B teams are allowed to play in the A or C Tournaments.  The higher up you play the more money there is to win.  The lower you play, a lesser amount of money can be won.

Sandbagging

Go ahead and sandbag.  Work your way down to the C “Social” Division.  There is no added money there.  We also plan on paying deep in the Social Division.  Social Division is for casual players learning the game and having a great time.  You won’t get rich winning the Social Division.

Food & Beverage

Food and beverage will be available for sale inside the Sanford Pentagon. Outside containers and coolers are not allowed. Keep Yetis and other similar containers out.  If you are caught sneaking alcohol into the Classic, you will be asked to leave.

Bags

ACL Approved Bags Only.
